1. How to Get Help

If you experience any issue with the Tame-Box Outlook add-in, our support team is here to help. Please contact us at contact@tame-box.com with a description of the issue, your Outlook version, and your operating system.

We aim to respond to all support requests within 2 business days.

2. Common Issues

The add-in does not appear in Outlook

Make sure Tame-Box is installed and enabled in your Outlook add-ins manager. Go to File → Options → Add-ins, verify that Tame-Box is listed and active. If not, reinstall from Microsoft AppSource.

Email labeling is not working

Ensure that Tame-Box has the necessary permissions to read your mailbox. You may need to re-authorize the add-in via your Microsoft account settings. Check that you are connected to the internet as Tame-Box requires an active connection to process emails.

Summaries or reply suggestions are not generated

This feature requires an active Tame-Box subscription. If your subscription is active and the issue persists, try closing and reopening the email, or restarting Outlook. If the issue continues, contact support with the subject line of the email that failed (do not send email content).

Calendar event is not being added

Verify that Tame-Box has permission to access your Microsoft calendar. You can review and update permissions in your Microsoft account under Apps & Services → Tame-Box.

• Bug reports

Support does not cover issues arising from third-party software, Microsoft infrastructure outages, or customizations not provided by Tame Box.
